| Punch List Desktop requires at least a Pentium 100 processor and no less than 16mbs of RAM (32mbs of RAM is recommended). 20mbs of hard disk space is also required for installation.
Punch List Remote runs on all hand held devices based on the Palm Computing platform except the original Pilot 1000 and 5000 models. This includes all current models from Palm Computing, IBM, Symbol Technologies, TRG and Handspring. Note: Punch List does not work with Windows CE devices. |

| NT USERS READ THIS |
| When installing Punch List on an NT operating system you must temporarily edit the user's privileges to allow full administrative access. After the installation is completed, change the user's privileges back to their previous settings. This ensures that your user access will allow you to use the Palm Desktop, HotSync Manager and Punch List when logged on to the NT system. |
| AOL USERS READ THIS |
AOL is famous for disconnecting in the middle of large file downloads. The Punch List installer contains the Microsoft Access 97 runtime, so it is about 18 Mb in size. We've been told by AOL support that the way to make sure your download isn't disconnected is to log on to any chat session prior to starting the download. While file downloads are viewed by their system as inactivity, chat session participation is seen as activity, so as long as you're in the chat group, your simultaneous file download will continue without disconnecting.

Punch List documentation is available in the Start menu under Punch List in an Adobe Acrobat PDF format as well as under the Help menu in the desktop application. If you do not have an Acrobat 4.0 reader, download the Acrobat pdf reader from the Adobe web site.
