The UnZip 5.50 binaries were compiled on AIX 5L with /usr/vac/bin/cc and were
kindly provided by Laurent P. Montaron of IBM, who also verified that the older
(dynamically linked) UnZip binaries work on AIX 5L, as well.  (Statically 
linked older binaries are still available in ../../OLD/UNIX/AIX .)

The Zip 2.2 binaries were compiled on AIX 3.2.5 with xlc 1.3.0.0.  They are
dynamically linked and should work on any 3.x, 4.x or 5L system.  The Zip 2.3
binaries were compiled on AIX 4.3.2 with the xlc compiler and should work on
any 4.3 or 5L system.

All Info-ZIP packages contain documentation.  The sources are in ../../src .
