INTEROP plus NETWORLD Doin's

THE BOF

Cornell will be presenting a BOF on CU-SeeMe at the Interop+Networld Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on Wednesday, March 29th from 7:30 - 9:30 pm in pavilion 2 of the Las Vegas Hilton. Attendence is open to everyone. You do NOT have to be a conference attendee to come to the BOF. We Want You!!!

Dick Cogger and Martyne Hallgren plus a few other folk from the CU-SeeMe Development Team will be there. You will get to hear and ask questions about the latest technical features. You will learn about the CU-SeeMe Consortium and hear the latest news about licensing. WEAR YOUR CU-SeeMe T-SHIRT and be eligible for a drawing for a CU-SeeMe-supported Video Camera.

(If you want a CU-SeeMe T-Shirt, you must buy one BEFORE the conference - an order form will be posted in a separate message.)

INFO+REFLECTOR ON THE SHOW FLOOR

In January, the interop.net folk said they would again be installing a CU-SeeMe reflector for use during the exhibit. Of course, the Cornell reflector will also be up and running.

To assist the organizations that plan on showing CU-SeeMe in their booths, we have created "CU-SeeMe Sticky Pads" - post-it notepads showing the ftp and web site addresses - that you can give away to anyone wishing more information on CU-SeeMe. If you will send us your name, company name, and the contact person at your booth and email address, of course ;-), we'll make sure you have these in hand when the exhibit opens Tuesday morning.

(Please send requests for CU-SeeMe Sticky Pads to:

The Consortium will...

Membership is open to all organizations with an interest in affordable, real-time conferencing technologies on the Internet. To join, a member must sign a cooperative agreement and contribute to the CU-SeeMe Consortium.

The Consortium will be announcing its founding members in a press release at I+N and during the BOF. If you wish to join, please contact Martyne Hallgren at martyne@cornell.edu.

SEE YOU IN LAS VEGAS.
