  Description: Hack to change the color of window tabs and borders
        Notes: This is a hack to change the colors of window-tabs and
               borders. It works by patching the app_server at run time,
               and should therefore ONLY be used with a stock PR2
               installation. If used with other versions of app_server,
               it will probably crash your machine.
