Description: Creates a "Recent Applications" folder with links to recently used apps.

Notes: Can use command line args to set number of links. No longer leaves bad symlinks in Recent_Apps folder. "recent_apps" folder is now a link to a recent_apps directory in the users setting directory so that the link can be renamed to whatever the user wants. Now has a control panel that allows you to name the recent_apps folder and set the number of links.
