Short: Makes AWS html index files for entire trees Author: amiga@quebec.net Uploader: amiga quebec net Type: comm/tcp Version: 0.35 Architecture: m68k-amigaos AWSindex creates index.html files for each directory in a tree. It is intended for use with AWS v0.97, v1.0 or v2.05. Both file and directories are displayed as a case-insensitive sorted list, with files shown first. The original case of the entries is preserved. Icons for directories, parent directory, home url and various file types can be optionally added. The lists are columized when viewed with a non-proportional font, via the use of the HTML non-breaking space entity. Borderless Tables can be used instead if the -T option is given. The HTML files produced are HTML 2 compliant (excepting Tables :). Note that the retrival of URLs is ENTIRELY dependant upon the URL mapping of AWS. In other words, when accessing a file LOCALLY (load file) with your browser, the links will not work. No third-party rexx libraries are used, although things would be a LOT easier if I used rexxdossupport.library for argument parsing, as I do in virtually every other rexx program I have released.
