CyaSSL 0.9.9 now has PSK, alternate memory handling and fast math

A C embedded version of yaSSL, CyaSSL is now available for
download. This version is optimized for small footprint, both on
disk and for memory use. The complete SSLv3/TLSv1.1 client/server
footprint is under 60K, and smaller versions can be built.
Features are still being added.
